Job Title: Warehouse Laborer (Packer)
Location: Remington, IN (On-Site)
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 36–48 hours per week

Job Description:
On-Demand Staffing is seeking reliable and dedicated Warehouse Laborers to join our team as Packers. In this role, you will prepare and pack products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on meeting production goals and contributing to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repetitive tasks for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Inspect products for quality assurance and apply proper labeling.
• Accurately count parts and meet or exceed production targets.
• Pack and wrap finished goods following instructions.
• Operate basic tools, including a pallet jack, to facilitate tasks.
• Provide general production support as needed.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance with the ability to work outside the regular schedule when necessary.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• English proficiency
• Availability for both day and night shifts

Relocation/Commute:

• Must be able to commute to or relocate to Remington, IN prior to the start date.

Work Environment:
This is an in-person role requiring full-time attendance at the warehouse in Remington, IN.
