On Demand Staffing is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Manager / Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and grow existing hotel accounts to achieve revenue goals.
• Conduct direct sales calls and build strong relationships with clients and local businesses.
• Identify and capture new accounts through networking, research, and referrals.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date client files and documentation.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
• Represent the hotel professionally at community and industry events.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and hotel leadership to meet department goals.

Sales Manager / Sales Representative

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or sales management experience required (hospitality/Food & Beverage industry required).
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; must be comfortable interacting with clients.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for local sales calls.
