Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and endpoint security tools

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills

A patient, customer-service mindset and professional demeanour

Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and adapt to evolving technologies

Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus!

Willingness to provide occasional after-hours or weekend support

Ability to lift or move equipment up to 50 lbs; occasional travel to local sites
