About the Role
Seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role requires strong administrative skills, professionalism, and the ability to provide excellent service in a sensitive environment.

Salary: $20/hr. - while in evaluation

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism
  • Prepare and format service-related documents and materials
  • Assist with written communications and submissions
  • Maintain office supplies and organization
  • Perform general administrative duties (data entry, filing, email management)
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of front office, receptionist, or customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred

  • Experience in a service-oriented or care-focused environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
