This session is an introduction to the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument. Participants will learn the nuances of the five conflict modalities and complete an assessment to learn their preferred approach to conflict. The program will include interactive activities and reflection exercises to raise awareness of varying perspectives within the team, develop effective methods for resolution, and discover leadership development strategies to build stronger relationships that will better withstand conflict.

This session will be facilitated by Brooke Linn, owner of Brooke Organizational Consulting. Brooke is an organizational consultant and executive coach who has been helping businesses create high performing teams that thrive for almost ten years.
