Direct Primary Care is a subscription based healthcare model. The patient pays their provider a monthly fee directly, without the involvement of insurance. For a flat monthly fee, patients have direct and unlimited access to their provider, either in person, by phone for a full range of services the clinic may provide. Membership offers same day appointments, increased communication, and improved access to your provider.
