Who is eligible?

Companies of any size are eligible (even one employee) and covered participants include employees, spouses, and dependents. 

What is the cost of HEALTHeACCESS?

Pricing is determined based on the number of enrolled employees. The cost can be covered by the employer, employee, or a shared combination of both. HEALTHeACCESS is billed at $68 per month per employee with less than 25 enrolled employees. If you have more than 24 employees, you are eligible for tiered pricing based on utilization and shared pricing. The tiered pricing status is determined based on the total monthly member participation and utilization (employees, spouses, dependents).
