Employbridge, the nation’s largest industrial staffing firm, asked thousands of hourly workers that exact question in their 19th-annual Voice of the American Workforce survey—and now they're ready to share what they found.

Speaker Bio

Cathi Canfield, Vice President of Talent Development and Social Responsibility at Employbridge

Cathi Canfield is the Vice President of Talent Development and Social Responsibility at Employbridge where she focuses on the upskilling of hourly workers and making a positive impact in communities served by EB. Cathi has been deeply invested in the development of Employbridge’s thought leadership and insights, including the Voice of the American Workforce survey, Employbridge’s Better WorkLife Academy, and the Life Skills Studio. These efforts seek to improve associates’ work lives through empathy, understanding, education and stability, which leads to higher engagement and longevity with customers. Before joining Employbridge, Cathi worked with regional economic development groups and utility companies attracting and growing new business.

Canfield holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Government from Smith College. When she’s not working, Cathi enjoys spending her time with her husband and daughter traveling and being outdoors.



Time

Doors open at 11:30AM with buffet lunch available. Program takes place from 12:00PM - 1:00PM.
