Strategic Insights: Using the Predictive Index to Lead

Description

The best leaders are self-aware leaders. When leaders understand how they are uniquely wired, they gain clearer insight into what comes naturally to them, where they are likely to thrive, and where they may need to be more intentional to avoid common blind spots. In this Strategic Insights session, led by Brad Smith Leadership Consultant with ADVISA, participants will use Predictive Index data to better understand the personality patterns that shape their leadership approach and influence how they communicate, make decisions, and lead others. Attendees will review their individual results, reflect on the strengths and tendencies that show up in their leadership, and identify at least one practical area for growth. The goal is not simply greater self-awareness for its own sake, but greater leadership effectiveness that can lead to stronger, faster business results.
