The Hoosier Heartland Indiana Small Business Development Center (HHISBDC) and Greater Lafayette Commerce in partnership with the Jewish Foundation of Greater Lafayette invite you to an informative one-hour workshop designed for small business owners and attorneys. 

This seminar will provide an overview of intellectual property, with a focus on patents, and its relationship to contracts to drive business interests in an innovation environment. Common contracting pitfalls and practice tips will be discussed as they relate to intellectual property transactions.

Presenter: Attorney Eyal Barash, Barash Law LLC

Free materials and lunch will be provided by Barash Law, LLC. This community focused session offers a chance to connect, learn, and grow alongside local business professionals and legal experts. 

Cost is free for small business owners and $100 for attorneys (includes CLE credit).
