Creating a strong culture is not meant to be vague, abstract, or separate from business performance. In this Strategic Insights session, led by Brad Smith, Leadership Consultant with ADVISA, participants will explore three key building blocks that help make culture tangible, intentional, and actionable inside an organization: activation, trust, and leadership. Through this framework, attendees will gain a clearer understanding of how culture can be shaped on purpose, not left to chance, and how the strongest cultures become a true competitive advantage. Participants will leave with a simple self-assessment of the current state of these building blocks within their organization, along with reflection questions to help identify where progress can be made most effectively. The goal is to help leaders see that if it feels like a choice between a great culture and strong business results, something is broken, because the right culture should help drive the right results.
